Nello’s Almost Famous Margaritas

All of our margaritas are hand shaken, using a variety of 100% blue agave tequilas, many of them estate bottled premium tequilas.

Blanco? Reposaodo?  Anejo? What to choose? 

All tequila is made from the blue agave plant, which is a member of the lily family. In order to be called “Tequila” the agave must be grown in the state of Jalisco in Mexico, and must be no less than 51% blue agave. The higher the agave content, the better the tequila, which is why we only serve 100% blue agave tequilas. The blanco or silver tequilas are distilled and bottled immediately for the crispest, cleanest flavors. Reposado or “rested” tequilas are aged a minimum of 2 to 6 months in oak casks. Anejos are aged at least one year or more in  oak casks or in some cases even Cognac barrels from France. With the exception of the “house” margarita, our margaritas are paired with Gran Marnier or Cointreau for the finest margaritas in the Four Corners, guaranteed!
